Dr. Amelia Siah, Founder and CEO of Aglow Medical Group, a breast cancer survivor, aesthetic and wellness doctor, who built Aglow Medical Group with one vision: to help people not only look better, but live better.

Dr. Amelia Siah is a visionary entrepreneur, professional aesthetic doctor, and cancer survivor who has dedicated her career to transforming lives through beauty, wellness, and compassionate healthcare.

With more than 16 years of medical experience, including over 12 years in aesthetic medicine and 6 years in wellness and regenerative medicine, Dr. Amelia has built a reputation for combining medical excellence with a deep understanding of beauty, longevity, and holistic well-being.

She obtained her medical degree from the International Medical University (IMU) and completed her housemanship at Kuala Lumpur Hospital, where she gained valuable clinical experience in emergency medicine and antenatal care. Driven by her lifelong passion for beauty, she further pursued specialized training in aesthetic medicine through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and advanced professional training in South Korea.

Her journey into the beauty industry began in 2007 when she won Maybelline's "The Beauty in Me" competition, earning the opportunity to train with internationally renowned makeup artists in New York. This experience inspired her vision of integrating medicine, beauty, and self-confidence to create meaningful change in people's lives.

In 2020, Dr. Amelia founded Aglow Clinic with a mission to make high-quality aesthetic and wellness care accessible to everyone. Under her leadership, the company has grown into Aglow Medical Group, encompassing four brands — Aglow Clinic, Dr Aglow, ACT Health Clinics, and Aglow Hair Centers. This was all done when Dr. Amelia faced one of the greatest challenges of her life — a cancer diagnosis during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rather than allowing adversity to define her, she emerged stronger, transforming her personal healing journey into a greater purpose.

Within just five years, Dr. Amelia successfully expanded the group to more than 25 outlets nationwide, built a team of approximately 200 employees, and achieved annual revenue exceeding RM65 million. Her leadership and entrepreneurial vision have positioned Aglow Medical Group as one of Malaysia's fast-growing integrated aesthetic and wellness healthcare groups.

Beyond business growth, Dr. Amelia remains committed to delivering 5-star experience by combining top-tier results, exceptional service, and a serene atmosphere at affordable prices. Today, as a cancer survivor and wellness doctor, she advocates preventive healthcare, regenerative medicine, and healthy longevity, inspiring others to live healthier and more meaningful lives.

Her vision is to continue expanding accessible aesthetic and wellness healthcare across the nation so that people from all walks of life can experience confidence, vitality, and a better quality of life.
